The RFEN Mission

Our Mission is Simple

RFEN’s mission is to campaign for fully inclusive Assisted Human Reproduction legislation which affords legal avenues to recognition for the numerous pathways to parenthood that are currently excluded. Specifically, we seek to address the lack of recognition for children born through Surrogacy (domestic and international), Reciprocal IVF (shared motherhood), Home Insemination, use of known donors (outside of a clinical setting) and Irish children born abroad for whom recognition is absent in Irish Law.
